This interconnected approach is the only way to achieve balance, improve your overall well-being, and lead a fulfilling life.

I’m so glad you’re here.

I am Zine, an accredited holistic health and wellness coach. I am also an accredited life coach. 

A little bit about me: I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Statistics that I do not use. When I picked my major, it was all about the school’s location, not what I wanted to pursue as a career (An exciting story for another time).  

From Econ to holistic wellness. Why?

I have had my share of health struggles, physical and otherwise. PCOS, hirsutism, allergies, acne that did not want to let up, you name it. To add to that little pot, I do not know how to handle my emotions well, and I am a big cry-baby. I overthink and overanalyze, which is definitely not good for my mental health.  I came to realize the only way I can achieve fulfillment and be happy is to find balance, thus holistic wellness.

My holistic wellness journey began as a way of trying to take better care of myself and live, knowing that all aspects of my life are interconnected and influence each other.

This blog offers inspiration, tips, and advice for improving overall well-being.

I first got into holistic wellness a few years ago. At the time, my physical, mental, and emotional well-being were all in the worst shape ever. I was constantly stressed and dealing with allergy flare-ups. It was just a hard time for me. I got into holistic wellness as a way to take the initiative to find balance and approach my well-being holistically.

Holistic wellness is more important right now than ever because modern society has a sense of urgency that is adversely affecting our quality of life. Stress, digital overload, and unhealthy lifestyle choices gradually take a toll on our well-being. Holistic wellness is the only way to address all these issues by emphasizing balance and a proactive approach to well-being.

Anyone interested in improving their overall wellness.

It is simple but ongoing. Start making small, mindful changes that nurture your body, mind, and soul. Eat whole and nutritious food, include regular physical activity in your daily routine, and start practicing meditation and mindfulness for stress relief. Make sure you get quality sleep, opt for natural products when possible, and build meaningful and rewarding relationships.
